Support by video call on ePortugal
The ePortugal Contact Centre provides support by video call for a number of services available online on the ePortugal portal.
If you need help using any of the services on ePortugal, you can book a videoconference session to assist you and answer any questions.
To book support by video call, go to the page of the service you require and click on the ‘Support’ button on the right-hand side of the page. Fill in the booking form. You will then receive an email confirming your appointment.
Support by video call is available for the following services:
Citizenship and documents
- Activate the Digital Mobile Key (CMD)
- Activate the digital signature of the Digital Mobile Key
- Change the address on your Citizen's Card
- Change the data associated with the Digital Mobile Key
- Confirm the change of address on the Citizen's Card
- Renew your Citizen's Card (for people aged 25 or over)
- Request a criminal record certificate for natural persons
- Sign up for electronic notifications
Companies, businesses and foundations
- Associate business attributes with the Digital Mobile Key or Citizen Card
- Register at Balcão dos Fundos
- Register the organisation's details at Balcão dos Fundos
- Request a tacit approval certificate
Health
- Make an appointment at the health centre
- Request exemption from user charges due to economic insufficiency
- Request reimbursement of health expenses from ADSE
