Service in Citizen Shops

The Citizen Shops bring together desks of public and private entities, allowing people and companies to deal with several subjects and services in the same space.

In the shops you can find Social Security, Tax and Registration services, as well as EDP, Galp or CTT services, among other entities.

To find out the address and opening hours of the Citizen Shop you want to go to, as well as the desks and queue tickets available, look for the shop you want on the Service desks page.

In-person services at the Citizen Shops

Face-to-face service in Citizen Shops operates with or without prior appointment.

If you do not have an appointment, simply take a queue ticket on the spot and wait for your turn.

Each person must have their own queue ticket, and must have a different ticket for each service. If you want to take more than one digital queue ticket, and receive them on the same mobile phone number or email, you will have to wait 30 minutes between each request.

You can schedule a date and time before going to a shop, for several public entities, through the SIGA portal and the SigaApp (available for Android, iOS and Huawei). See the list of entities on the SIGA portal.
