Regulamento (CE) Nº 2368/2002, of December 20 - Regulation (EC) on the application of the Kimberley Process certification scheme for the international trade in rough diamonds.

Lei n.º 5/2015, of January 15 - It ensures the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 2368/2002 on the application of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for the international trade in rough diamonds.

Portaria n.º 109/2015, of April 21 - Regulates and fixes the fees for the application of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme for the international trade in rough diamonds.

Regulamento de execução (UE) 2015/1374, of August 7 - Amends Council Regulation on the application of the Kimberley Process for the international trade in rough diamonds, approving the Tax and Customs Authority as the competent authority of the Union.
