Request for authorization to open a permanent representation of a foreign foundation in Portugal - foreign foundations that intend to permanently exercise an activity in Portugal must open a permanent representation with the IRN; the opening of a permanent representation is compulsorily preceded by an authorization from the Government member competent for the recognition of private foundations.
