Foreign Foundation - legal communications

Notice: Problems accessing services with Digital Mobile Key (CMD)

Due to technical problems, there may be problems in accessing some of the services for economic activity using the Digital Mobile Key (CMD).

If you encounter these problems, we recommend that you try to login directly on the portal before accessing the service, or that you use the Citizen Card or the Google Chrome browser.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Foreign foundations must send information and documents to the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (SGPSM).

Examples of these communications are the rendering of accounts and any changes to the governing bodies.
