Applications to Portugal 2030 will be easier

The application forms for support under the next Community framework, in the context of the Portugal 2030 strategy, will be simpler and with fewer fields to fill in, to improve the effectiveness of the allocation of European funds. Council of Ministers Resolution 97/2020 also sets out the objective of reducing the administrative costs associated with managing European Union support.

A reduction in intermediation and the burden on promoters is also envisaged, as well as a simplification of the necessary interactions with the system by reducing the information and payments requested.

The Portugal 2030 strategy is a government action programme that includes the plans for recovery and development of the economy, society and the national territory for the next decade, in convergence with the European Union.
