COVID-19: informative portal of the Directorate General of Health

The Direção Geral de Saúde (DGS) launched a website with official and updated information on COVID-19. In addition to being able to follow the evolution of the virus in Portugal and in the world, citizens can know what precautions to take if they are planning to travel or have returned from one of the countries where cases have already been detected. In the case of citizens who are planning to travel, the Portal of the Portuguese Communities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs leaves some recommendations to be taken during and after their stay.

In the Frequently Asked Questions section, citizens can learn about the transmission, symptoms, incubation period and how to protect themselves from the virus.
