IMT has a new complaint channel for citizens and companies

The Institute of Mobility and Transport (IMT) provides a whistleblowing channel where citizens and companies can submit their complaints about infringements.
The platform allows written or verbal complaints to be filed anonymously or by identifying the person making the complaint.
Written complaints are made by filling out an online form. Verbal complaints can be made in a face-to-face meeting, by requesting an appointment. It will soon be possible to make a complaint through a voice message system.
