FIT Program: new edition will support tourism start-ups with 1.3 million euros

The Government launched the FIT 2.0 Program - Fostering Innovation in Tourism, which will support 250 start-ups in the creation and development of new businesses in the tourism sector. This new edition has a budget of 1.3 million euros.

Applications for the FIT 2.0 program can be sent until March 10 to startups@turismodeportugal.pt.

Launched through Turismo de Portugal, the FIT 2.0 initiative includes a national competition for innovative ideas and a pre-acceleration program. The goal is to mobilize the tourism area to create new solutions throughout the country, especially in less populated areas.
