Set a date and time to renew, change or request a duplicate of your driving license.

Avoid waiting queues and time losses. The scheduling is free of charge and it may be carried out online. We wait for you on the time and place set.

(+351) 211 950 500, if you want to schedule for any other Citizen’s Bureau or Registry Office (business days, from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.).

Set a date and time to:

On the IRN website

Open the IRN Online Scheduling website and click “Start”.
Fill in the form and click “Next”.
Choose one of the dates available and indicate the time when you want to be heard.
The date is set when you receive an email from IRN to confirm the scheduling.
On the day before the scheduling, you will receive an SMS or an email from IRN with the scheduling details.
