Who can schedule a service related to the Citizen Card?
Where schedule a service related to the Citizen Card?
Through the Siga scheduling portal and the Siga app (Android/IOS), or through the Citizen's Card Line (210 990 111) and the Registration Line (211 950 500).
By phone:
- (+351) 300 003 990, if you want to schedule for the Mobile Bureau of Palmela (business days, from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.; saturdays, from 9 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.)
- (+351) 210 990 111, if you want to schedule for any other Citizen’s Bureau or Registry Office (business days, from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M.).
How schedule a service related to the Citizen Card?
Set a date and time to:
- request or renew the Citizen Card
- pick up the Citizen Card (you may only choose the pick up location indicated on the PIN letter)
- change the address on the Citizen Card.
Online
You can schedule through the Siga scheduling portal and in the mobile application SigaApp (Android/IOS).
Follow these steps:
- click on the "Make your appointment here" button.
- click on "Registration".
- on the "Theme" option select the "Citizen" option
- in the "Subtheme" option select one of the following options according to what you want:

Citizen's Card - Others
Citizen's Card - Request
- in the option "Motive" select the option according to what you want:
- click on the button "Next" and choose the place of attendance that you want
- click on the button "Next" and choose the time that you want and click "mark
- a new window will appear for you to enter your data and click "confirm".
If you want to withdraw your appointment, please let us know via the Cancel Appointment page of the Siga portal.
