A permanent certificate may present three types of information

  • The general description - all permanent certificates have a link which allows to consult this information.

If the permanent certificate regards, for instance, a plot of land or a house, only this link will be presented.

  • The subordinated description or accommodation unit - only presented if the permanent certificate regards an autonomous fraction, for instance, an apartment or a store. It presents the registries in force exclusively on that autonomous fraction.

In such cases, the certificate has two links:

  • the one for the general description (“parent-building”)
  • the one for the subordinate description or accommodation unit (autonomous fraction).
  • The time fraction - it is the information of the registries in force on the time fraction regarded. For example, when you consult the permanent certificate of an apartment in time-sharing.
