Esqueceu-se dos seus PIN da Chave Móvel Digital (CMD)?
Did you forget the PIN code of your Mobile Digital Key?
If you have forgotten the PIN code of your CMD, even if the CMD is not blocked, go to a Espaço Cidadão and ask for a new PIN code.
Alternatively, you can authenticate yourself with the Citizen's Card in the authentication.gov portal to solve the problem for yourself in the following way:
- Log in and enter the reserved area of the authentication.gov portal
- Cancel your current CMD
- Create, right after, a new CMD
You can associate the same mobile phone number and Citizen Card to the new CMD.
Did you forget the digital signature PIN of the Mobile Digital Key?
If you make a mistake 5 times in a row with the signing PIN code, or the security code you receive in response when trying to sign with the Mobile Digital Key, the digital signature function of the CMD will become inactive. However, the Mobile Digital Key continues to function normally to be able to authenticate.
Reactivating the CMD digital signature on the Internet
You will need to authenticate with Mobile Digital Key or Citizen Card.
In case you forgot the digital signature PIN code of the CMD, or the digital signature function has become inactive, you can reactivate the digital signature of your CMD in the authentication.gov portal:
- Log in and enter the reserved area of the authentication.gov portal.
- Choose the "My Mobile Digital Key" tab
- Click on the button "EDIT" under Digital Signature
- If the status of the digital signature is ACTIVE, choose INACTIVE, and then save.
- Make sure that the status of the digital signature is INACTIVE. Click the edit button, choose the ACTIVE option, set a new digital signature PIN code, and choose save.
- Afterwards, you will receive a security code on your mobile phone to validate the operation.
Reactivate the CMD digital signature in a service counter
Go to a Espaço Cidadão and ask to reactivate the digital signature function of your CMD.
