Car repair shops
Car repair shops are the establishments where the maintenance and repair (mechanical, electrical and electronic) of motor vehicles (light and heavy) and their parts and pieces are carried out. It includes the activities of washing, polishing, painting, anti-rust treatment, repair, replacement or installation (of tires, windscreens, windows, radios, rims, etc.).

Legislation
Decree Law no. 70/2016, of November 3 – It sets the tire labeling criteria for energy efficiency and other key parameters.
Decree Law no. 152-D/2017, of December 11 - It approves the legal regime which is subject to the management of the following specific waste streams: packaging and packaging waste; waste oils and oils; used tires and tires; electrical and electronic equipment and waste electrical and electronic equipment; batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators; vehicles and end-of-life vehicles.
Decree Law no. 10/2015, of January 15 – It approves the legal regime of access and exercise of activities of commerce, services and restoration.
