Decree Law no. 33/2017, of March 23 - It ensures compliance with the provisions of Regulamento (CE) no. 1069/2009, which lays down health rules concerning animal by-products and derived products not intended for human consumption.

Decree Law no. 37/2009, of February 10 - It lays down the legal framework governing the veterinary checks to which products of animal origin intended for trade are subject.

Decree Law no. 306/2007, of August 27 - It establishes the quality of water intended for human consumption with the aim of protecting human health from the harmful effects resulting from the possible contamination of that water and ensuring the universal provision of clean, clean and desirably balanced water in its composition.

Decree Law no. 147/2006, of July 31 - Approves the regulation of the hygienic and technical conditions to observe in the distribution and sale of meats and their products.

Decree Law no. 113/2006, of June 12 - Its purpose is to ensure compliance in the national legal order with the obligations arising from Regulamentos (CE) no. ;852/2004 e 853/2004, both of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004, concerning the hygiene of foodstuffs the specific hygiene rules applicable to food of animal origin.

Decree Law no. 323-F/2000, of December 20 - It lays down the principles and rules for the labeling of beef and beef products.

Decree Law no. 370/99, of September 18 - It approves the legal framework for the establishment of establishments selling food products and certain non-food trading establishments and services which may involve risks to the health and safety of persons.
