Lender activity
Can only be carried out by economic operators duly authorized by the General Directorate of Economic Activities (DGAE), who are headquartered or have a permanent establishment in Portugal and that meet the conditions of suitability.
Lender Company
Must communicate the cessation of the activity to the Direção-Geral das Atividades Económicas (DGAE), at the Entrepreneur's Desk, up to 60 days after this event occurs.
