Detail form

• Authentication will not only allow access to the detail form, but also to the Reserved Area, where the request will be stored until its submission, which will only be allowed after completing the form and attaching the requested documents.

Process tracking

• After the submission and payment of the fee, the applicant can follow the status of the process through his Reserved Area (always by means of authentication process). Communication between IPQ and the applicant is established through the reserved area.

Process conclusion

• If the request is compliant, the IPQ issues, within 30 working days, the certificate of operational approval and communicates the decision of approval, by sending an electronic communication. The ESP identification plate that shall be affixed to it is sent by post if not previously provided.
