Increase in the reference value of the Solidarity Supplement for the Elderly

The monthly reference value of the Solidarity Supplement for the Elderly (CSI) has been increased by 50 euros, to 488.21 euros. The updated amount will be paid in April, retroactive to January, and calculated based on the pensioners' current income.

The CSI is a supplement paid to pensioners with low resources, in an amount that corresponds to the difference between the pensioners' income and the new reference value (488.21€).

Those who receive Old Age Pension, Old Age Social Pension, Survivor Pension, Invalidity Pension and Social Disability Pension are entitled to the supplement.
