It is now possible to order the Digital Mobile Key (CMD) and get a ticket for public services via television.
 
Digital Mobile Key
Once the request for a CMD has been submitted via television, AMA - Administrative Modernization Agency will send a letter to the user's address with the request confirmation.
 
Electronic ticket
After requesting a ticket, customers receive an SMS confirmation of the requested service and the assigned ticket number.
Electronic tickets are available for services of the Employment and Professional Training Institute (IEFP), Mobility and Transports Institute (IMT) and Social Security.
 
Other services are expected to be available in the coming months, such as scheduling medical appointments or consulting medical prescriptions.
 
This new feature is a result of a SIMPLEX+ measure, which aims to improve digital services in Public Administration, making public services available through the boxes of television operators.
 
Vodafone is the first operator to provide this service, in a joint work developed with AMA - Administrative Modernization Agency.
