“Cyber-informed Citizen” course tests knowledge about fake news

The partnership between the Centro Nacional de Cibersegurança (CNCS) and the news agency LUSA resulted in the launch of the e-learning course “Citizen Cybernetics”. Registration for this course, which aims to help citizens identify the truth of a news story, is available online.

The course is available on the NAU platform for any citizen, it is free and has a total of about 3 hours. Each module contains several topics that include texts, videos and support materials, with specific content on the topic in question. After all modules are completed, participants can download the certificate of completion.
