Release of guides for collaborative work in Public Administration

The Coordination Team of the System of Incentives for Innovation in Public Management (SIIGeP), with the support of employees and managers of various entities, created and implemented the Collaborative Work Plan for Public Administration.

This plan arose from the need to create support instruments and innovative practices of work management and organization, in order to support the activity of services and Public Administration employees in new work environments, in the context of the pandemic.

The Collaborative Work Plan for Public Administration has already given rise to several documents, which can be consulted on the INA portal - General Directorate for the Qualification of Employees in Public Functions.
