Over 150,000 people have renewed their Citizen Card online

Since it was launched, the Citizen Card online renewal service has registered over 150 thousand requests. The online renewal has contributed to relieve the increase in demand caused by the closure of the face-to-face services due to COVID-19.

The online renewal is available for citizens aged 25 and over, with fingerprint registration in the IRN services system. It is also necessary that the card has been requested before 1 October 2017, and is valid or has not expired for more than 30 days.
