New platform for Arbitral Decisions is online

Through the Electronic Platform for Arbitral Awards, applicants can access the life cycle of the deposit of arbitral awards, and request, through an electronic form, the deposit of the awards for computer publication.

The platform is accessible through the website tribunais.org.pt, in the publications area, "Consult arbitral awards", where an area reserved for access by the applicant of the deposit is also available for filling in and following up the electronic application. This service also includes an automatic alert of events, by e-mail, to the DGPJ and to the applicant, as well as the automatic publication of deposit applications that do not require improvement.
