New website for Entidade Reguladora dos Serviços Energéticos (ERSE)

The new institutional website of the Energy Services Regulatory Authority (ERSE) is now available. The page allows the comparison of energy and natural gas prices through an online simulator, in addition to providing a virtual assistant, Gia, to answer frequent questions from users.

By reorganising and simplifying the existing content, ERSE aims to provide consumers with clearer and more accurate communication. All measures meet the need to protect consumers' interests in relation to price, quality, access to information and security of supply.

The new ERSE website received financial support from the European Union under the incentive system "Support for Modernisation and Capacity Building in Public Administration (SAMA 2020)".
