Portugal eleito melhor destino europeu pelo quarto ano consecutivo

Portugal was elected, for the fourth year in a row, as the Europe's Leading Destination at the 2020 World Travel Awards, a distinction awarded by professionals in the sector which this year was held in virtual mode.
 
The city of Oporto won the award for Europe's Leading City Break Destination, Lisbon was distinguished as the Europe's Leading Cruise Destination and the Algarve is once again the Europe's Leading Beach Destination, in a total of 21 awards attributed to Portugal in the various categories.

For the world edition of these awards the vote is over and the results will be known on 27 November.
