Citizen Shops reopening on June 1st

Most of the Citizen Shops reopen next Monday, 1 June. The exception are the Citizens Shops in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area, which will open on 15 June.

After being closed due to the pandemic, the Citizen Shops are ready to open, following the guidelines of the General Directorate for Health.

The appointments must be scheduled in advance and citizens without an appointment will not be attended. The scheduling can be made by phone and/or online, depending on the entity or service you are looking for.

The use of a mask or visor is mandatory when travelling to service locations.

If the service you wish to perform is available online, avoid going to a Citizen Shop and perform it through the ePortugal portal.
