Unitary Patent Service to become available on 1 June

As of June 1st, it will be possible to use the new unitary patenting system at European level, making the service simpler and more uniform for the countries of the European Union.

To better understand the novelties of this Unitary Patent, the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) has created a page where you can find a video on the new system, guides, brochures, an FAQ area and also information on the Unified Patent Court. 

Through this page you can also access the European Patent Office (EPO), where you can consult the transitional measures currently in force and an e-learning centre with information material on the Unitary Patent Office.
