Services for Foundations and public utility entities available on the ePortugal portal

The services previously available on the website of the Secretaria-Geral da Presidência do Conselho de Ministros (General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers) (SGPCM) will be available on the ePortugal portal as of today, September 1st.

Services such as requesting or renewing the declaration of status of public utility, recognition of foundations, or change of legal representative, as well as sending documents and communications, will now be performed through the ePortugal portal.

In addition to the new services, a database of entities declared to be of public utility will also be available.

This was a joint work of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the entity responsible for examining requests, with AMA - Agência para a Modernização Administrativa, I.P. (Agency for Administrative Modernisation).
