Sigä is a new way to schedule the face-to-face informative service at ACT - Authority for Working Conditions

From now on, the scheduling of a face-to-face informative service at the Authority for Working Conditions (ACT) is carried out through the sigä. 
It may be carried out in two ways:

  • Accessing the sigä (using the access credentials to Segurança Social Direta or logging in with the Citizen Card’s Digital Mobile Key).
  • Using the telephone hotline 300 077 999 (available on business days from 9 A.M. to 12 A.M. and from 2 P.M. to 4.30 P.M.).

The service by scheduling is a service which intends to simplify the customer service’s management as it allows a scheduling on a previously established date and time. With this service, ACT aims to simply the service and make it more comfortable as the citizen uses the service on a date and time adjusted to their availability, without having to wait on queues.
