All health centers in the north with automatic telephone system

The Administração Regional de Saúde do Norte (ARS Norte) is the first region in the country to install the System for Attendance and Agile Response (SARA) in all its 377 health centres.

SARA is a system that registers the telephone number of the user and allows the health units to return the call to book the appointment of the day, renew prescriptions, among others. In May alone, the health centres of ARS Norte answered 98% of the 500 thousand calls received with this system.

When the call is not answered, the recording allows to choose the reason for the call, recording the contact. The calls are sorted by time and reason.

SARA is already installed in 533 health units throughout the country, and is being implemented in 13 more units.
