Schedule an in-person appointment using SIGA
The SIGA system allows you to schedule online an in-person public service.
You can schedule an appointment for the following entities:

- Instituto da Mobilidade e dos Transportes - IMT (Mobility and Transports)
- Instituto da Segurança Social - ISS (Social Security)
- Instituto da Segurança Social - Centro Nacional de Pensões - ISS/CNP (Social Security and pensions)
- Instituto de Gestão Financeira da Segurança Social - IGFSS (Social Security Finance Management)
- Instituto de Segurança Social dos Açores - ISSA (Social Security Azores)
- Instituto de Segurança Social da Madeira - ISSM (Social Security Madeira)
- Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional - IEFP (Employment and Vocational Training)
- Instituto dos Registos e do Notariado - IRN (Registry and Notary)
- Rede Integrada de Apoio ao Cidadão dos Açores - RIAC - (Azores Citizen Services)
Schedule an appointment using Portal de Marcação de Atendimento
You will need one of these three means of authentication:
- Social Security portal (portal da Segurança Social) password
- Chave Móvel Digital (Digital Mobile Key)
- Citizen Card (Cartão de Cidadão), Citizen Card PIN code and Smart Card reader.
