How can you Schedule a service related to the Citizen Card?

Set a date and time to:

  • request or renew the Citizen Card
  • pick up the Citizen Card (you may only choose the pick up location indicated on the PIN letter)
  • change the address on the Citizen Card.

On the IRN website

  1. Open the IRN website and click “Start”
  2. Fill in the form and click “Next”
  3. Choose one of the dates available and indicate the time when you want to be heard
  4. The date is set when you receive an email from IRN to confirm the scheduling
  5. On the day before the scheduling, you will receive an SMS or an email from IRN (depending on the type of contract provided) with the scheduling details.

  • (+351) 300 003 990, if you want to schedule for the Citizen’s Bureau of Pinhal Novo or for the Mobile Bureau of Palmela.
  • (+351) 210 990 111, if you want to schedule for any other Citizen’s Bureau or Registry Office (business days, from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.).
