How filing a report of work harassment in the public sector to IGF - Audit Authority?
In addition to filling in the compulsory fields of the electronic form, you must write, in the field "description of participation", all the facts in detail of the situation that occurred.
At the end of the form you may attach documents proving the facts about which you are making the complaint.
The attached documents must have the following formats: PDF; JPEG; JPG and ZIP
What harassment situations can you complain about
You can make complaints about:
- sexual harassment
- moral harassment
- for discrimination harassment, positive or negative
- in access to employment, training or work harassment.
Who can complain about whom?
In case of harassment in a work situation in the public sector, the complaint must be made by:
- a hierarchical inferior to their manager or superior
- head or superior to his/her lower hierarchical superior
- colleague to another colleague
- suppliers, customers or users to the service or public entity.
