To obtain a proof of delivery of the statement

  • Access the Finances Portal.
  • Sign in.
  • In the search box, search for “obtain tax return proof document”.
  • In the results, choose “Personal Income Tax > Tax Return Statement > Obtain a Proof Document”.
  • You may immediately obtain proof documents of the statements from the last 5 years.
