The Consultation of the Current Exemptions, under the Municipal Property Tax (IMI), is a service that aims to inform about the buildings or fractions, which are exempt from the payment of Municipal Property Tax (IMI), both in terms of the period covered and the type of exemption in force.
The said consultation may be carried out, in person, at the Finances Services that make this information available or, also, online, once the mechanisms of authentication and identification of the applicant and their legitimacy have been ensured.
This service is one of the components of a more comprehensive service known as Electronic Statements, which allows the submission of statements of other taxes (VAT and IRC), the payment of the same, the printing of proofs and the fulfilment of other accessory obligations (submission of the Annual Statement).
Associated to this service is available the online 'Help', which aims to clarify the most common doubts that may arise regarding the use of the functions available in the Electronic Statements.
