How consult the accessory obligations?

This service makes it possible to consult the "Status of the Statement of Accessory Obligations" after it has been sent by the taxable entity to fulfil the Accessory Obligations, reflecting the most recent state in which it is in:

  • Submitted: The statement has been received and accepted by the Tax and Customs Authority (AT). However, it still needs to be checked and should be consulted again for errors.
  • Local right: Although the statement does not contain any errors in the consistency of the information, it will be subject to a central validation process so that further checks can be made and it should therefore be consulted again to check if it contains errors.
  • Wrong: This means that during the validation process errors have been detected which must be corrected and the statement sent back.
  • In central validation: The statement has already been partially validated, but is awaiting further checks and should therefore be consulted again to check if it contains errors.
  • Right: The statement is already in the central system and no errors have been detected during its processing.
