Identification of the necessary requirements for the formalisation of the processes of incorporating agricultural cooperatives, producer associations, management centres and group farming companies. For the incorporation of agricultural cooperatives, farmers/producers associations and management centres, once they have been incorporated as indicated, they only have to communicate their incorporation to the DRAPN. As far as group farming companies are concerned, the recognition procedure should be sent to the DRAPN for an opinion as a group farming company after incorporation. This recognition is granted by the DGADR.
