Who can request to refer process to the Criminal Mediation System?

  • Any defendant and victim, voluntarily and through joint decision, may request the prosecutor to refer the case to mediation.

    Note: Also the prosecutor may, during the same phase and the event has collected evidence of the crime and who was the agent who did, refer the case to mediation.
