All foreign citizens who are not nationals of EU Member States, the European Economic Area and Switzerland wishing to follow a family in medical treatment that you receive in Portugal, both in the context of cooperation agreements in the context of particular treatments.

The competent Consular Office must be consulted in order to know the opening hours for receiving visa applications.

On site:

  • Portuguese consular posts
  • Embassy / Consulate that holds the jurisdiction of that country, in case there is no Portuguese consular post.

€ 75.00.

Accompanying patients who are beneficiaries of cooperation agreements with Portugal in the field of health are exempt from payment of emoluments.
