COVID-19: SERVICE AT THE CITIZEN SHOPS

All services for the Citizen Shops must be scheduled in advance. Citizens without an appointment will not be serviced.
On this page you will find information on the services and contact details of the organisations present in the Citizen Shops. Depending on the entity or service you are looking for, the scheduling can be made by telephone and/or through the internet.
The use of a mask or visor is mandatory when travelling to the service centres.
SCHEDULING IN THE CITIZEN SPOTS OF THE CITIZEN SHOPS
The Citizen Spot is a desk that brings together several services from different entities. It is present in all Citizen Shops and in hundreds of other points in the country.
Since June 1st, the Citizen Spots present in the shops only perform services related to:
- Digital Mobile Key (CMD)
- Driving License (revalidations, duplicate and replacements)
- Criminal Record or Certificate of Contumacy request (only in certain shops, confirm on the page about Service Locations)
- Citizen Card (renewal, alteration and address confirmation)
- Porton di Nos Ilha (criminal record and certificates for Cape Verde citizens) – in the shops in which the service is available
- ADSE Direta - submition of expense documents.
You can only perform these services in a Citizen Spot if you meet the requirements to do so online. Consult the requirements through the links of each service.
You can schedule an appointment at the Citizen Spots present in the Citizen Shops through the Citizen's Contact Centre by calling 300 003 990 (working days from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Each person can only make 5 scheduling requests.
