Abertas candidaturas à medida Compromisso Emprego Sustentável

Applications are now open for the Sustainable Employment Commitment measure, which aims to support the open-ended hiring of unemployed people registered with the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP).

The publication of Ministerial Order no. 39-A/2024, of February 1, which regulates the Sustainable Employment Commitment measure, introduced a number of changes:  

Support for hiring workers is now only available to companies that pay a minimum wage of 1,018 euros.
Young people aged 35 or under, with qualifications at level 5, 6, 7 or 8 of the National Qualifications Framework are no longer eligible and can only be considered for the Avançar program.

The first 2024 application period for the Sustainable Employment Commitment measure runs until June 24 at 6pm and the application must be made by the entity in the IEFP portal management area.
