Opening of the Consular Service Centre for Switzerland and Liechtenstein

The Consular Call Centre (CAC) for Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein is now up and running. The CAC will provide telephone and e-mail assistance to all those who need to contact the consular services in Switzerland (Bern, Geneva, Lugano, Sion or Zurich).

The call centre is available every working day between 9am and 5pm (local time).
