ACT launches virtual assistant ACTIA

The Working Conditions Authority (ACT) portal has been providing a virtual assistant (chatbot) since 3 November 2020, which aims to provide a fast and efficient response to a number of questions on holidays, arrears and ACT contacts.

This new tool, called ACTIA and accessed from the bottom right corner of the portal, is an innovative digital medium that uses artificial intelligence to create another form of interaction with ACT users.

The ACTIA chatbot is available on ACT's portal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in self-service mode.

This tool is in constant process of improvement and expansion to give a faster and more effective response to other questions from workers and employers beyond the topics already available (holidays, delayed salaries and ACT contacts).
