Accessible Lease: applications open until 28 April

The Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU) will assign, by lottery, 27 houses with affordable rental contracts, in several regions of the country. Applications are open until 28 April 2023.

The houses to be raffled, which range from 1 to 5 bedrooms, are located in Almada, Beja, Cascais, Lisbon, Montijo, Porto, Santarém, Santiago do Cacém, Vila Nova de Gaia and Vila Real.

The houses will be drawn among people and households that present an application on the Accessible Lease platform, as long as they meet the requirements of each tender.

This initiative aims to guarantee access to housing to families who have no answer through the real estate market.
