Balcão Único do Prédio has a new website

The new website of the One-Stop Building Desk (BUPi) is now available through bupi.gov.pt. The platform allows property owners to identify their land in a simple way, for example through a more intuitive experience in making sketches.

Thus, holders of properties located in municipalities that adhere to the BUPi can join the platform free of charge. The location of properties, which can be done by the holder, online or in person at a BUPi branch, with a qualified technician, is free of charge. To identify properties through the BUPi platform, holders authenticate themselves with their Citizen Card or Digital Mobile Key (CMD) and respective Citizen Card PIN codes.

 Among the new features of the new website, besides being more modern and easy to use, the new blog stands out, which aims to clarify and permanently disseminate the evolution of the land identification project at a national level.

Soon, the platform where the Georeferenced Graphic Representations are submitted will evolve, offering a simpler experience and with new sources of information made available, speeding up the process of identifying properties, whether in person or online.
