DGS launches health pamphlets in 10 different languages

The Directorate-General for Health (DGS) has created information leaflets to inform migrants about their rights in the area of health. The contents, available in 10 different languages, also help with access to health care in Portugal.

The leaflets include information on access to healthcare, useful contacts, family planning, pregnancy, mental health and vaccination.
Paper leaflets were also distributed by the Regional Health Administrations, the High Commission for Migrations, Non-Governmental Organisations and Associations working with migrants.
The initiative is part of the project "Promoting Integration through Equity in Health - Phase 2".
