Companies must submit the Single Report by April 15

Employers with employees must submit the Single Report by 2023. This report provides a better understanding of companies, employment and working conditions, and is essential for defining and implementing public, social and economic policies.

Last year, around 306,000 employers submitted their Single Report for 2022, with information on the working conditions of more than 3.2 million workers.

To submit the Single Report, companies must access the Single Report platform. After submitting the document, companies can view the Social Balance Sheet and the Gender Pay Gap Balance Sheet. This data is based on the answers given in the report.
