Identificação Digital da Defesa já disponível na app id.gov

The Digital Defence Identification Document is already available in the mobile application id.gov.pt. It is thus added to the Citizen Card, the Driving License and the ADSE Card.

The id.gov.pt app allows citizens to save, consult and share their identification document data at any time.
In this way, the inspection bodies will be able to validate the identification documents that appear in the app, based on the simplification of citizens' daily lives.

Recently, this application has also seen its usefulness enhanced by the most recent amendments to the Highway Code. The award-winning app is one of the most popular applications on the Play Store and one of the most downloaded on Android devices.
