Portuguese Sport and Youth Institute with new video call service channel

The Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, I.P. [Portuguese Institute for Sports and Youth] (IPDJ) has launched a new channel for remove service through videocall in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This service ensures that citizens can be serviced without travelling to physical spaces.

Requests for service must be secured by pre-scheduling by filling out a form. For this service, the user must have:

• Computer or smartphone with internet access (in case of using a smartphone, have the Microsoft Teams App installed)
• Camera
• Microphone
