TDT Migration in Madeira starts on December 9th

09.12.2020

The migration of digital terrestrial television (TDT) in the Autonomous Region of Madeira begins on 9 December and will end on 18 December. The process starts with the change of the Pico da Cruz broadcaster in Madeira Island.

In this region, the broadcasters of Funchal, Pico do Facho, Porto Santo, Ponta Delgada, Encumeada, Pico do Galo, Pedra Mole, Pico do Silva, Pico Arco de São Jorge and Pico Arco da Calheta will also change frequency.

To help in this process, ANACOM has created a free phone support line 800 102 002, which operates every day between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m., to which you can call to clarify doubts and get support in tuning your television.

Should you be unable to tune in via telephone, ANACOM will arrange a free home visit for technicians to do so.
